Recalling our yesterday's conversation, I came to the conclusion that you were simply trying to avoid your personal responsibility for my case, - up to your reluctance for providing me with your card that clearly states your name, official job title and contacts, which is a polite gesture for any banks' representative in the industry. I would be glad to be wrong about that, but ...
You managed do not make any strong promises about helping me, while stating several times it's beyond direct scope of your job. Well, it's quite understandable you certainly were hired not for resolving my particular case, - but you have all opportunities for at least trying to contact your bosses; and depending on your real will, you can try that harder than usual. I also can understand the Barclays is structured in the way that prevents coming critically important message for the destiny of the bank directly to its top CEOs. However, this is a really EXCEPTIONAL case. And it requires a really EXCEPTIONAL actions!!! And I am afraid you did not understand that properly. 

In fact, there are only two options:

(1) I am doing what I am doing and what I asked you to help me with,
in particular, demanding a really fair settlement with the Barclays for its
UNPRECEDENTED 18 years' delay for returning my money from my 
absolutely legitimate banking account, including from 1 to 3 MILLIONS
for reimbursing my job of contacting the Barclays for at least recent years,
OR
(2) I am going to demand repaying ALL the Barclays' debts to me,
from several TRILLIONS US$ according to my Counter Of Barclays' Debt 
to me, up to INFINITY (as the Counter has not stopped yet), 
which at least may make the Barclays PLC BANKRUPT!!!

It's needless to mention that in the later case your Barclays' Dubai branch, 
YOUR job, bonuses (and actually professional future) may simply disappear!
And the destiny of the Barclays' owners and shareholders can be fatally 
affected then!

THE CHOICE IS 

YOURS!!!
