what kind of (Swiss) banking service we can talk about, if for getting their money back, customer(s) of the Barclays bank need sending for YEARS(!) thousands letters and emails for which the bank never responds properly, hiring expensive lawyer, going to the court (and that especially insisted by its staff during rare Barclays' responses couple times per year), creating full-time video documentary serials about criminal activity of that bank, spending a lot of their time and efforts to deal with the bank's international offices around the world under extremely stressful and embarrassing conditions.
