Advices for SURVIVING from COLD when you are forced to spend night at the streets
(can be useful for Barclays' CEOs SOON):
1. Never sit down at a bench, - you can FREEZE very quickly and unexpectedly!
Although there are many attractive benches out of there in parks and other public spaces, they are not for spending a night on. Even if a current temperature can feel OK, it will not be OK after your exposing to it during many hours. I used to swim in a winter time in a water with temperature of about Zero degrees of Centigrades, and can tell you it's relatively easy to swim for the first SEVERAL MINUTES. Especially when you do this for enjoyment. But exposing for low temperatures FOR HOURS(!), -and especially when you are forced to do this for surviving!, - is quite different thing.
Please also take into account the temperature drops down quite significantly (very sensatively according to your feelings) by the end of nights, early in the morning. It's feels like END OF YOUR LIFE:
Your body starts SHIVER DRAMATICALLY!!!
This is how our bodies attempt to resist the Cold. The SHIVERING activates our reflexes for generating a kind of electricity inside us that is supposed to warm us a little bit. But that is probably the LAST DESPERATE ATTEMPT OF OUR BODY NOT TO DIE!!!!!
If the attempt fails, that will mean DEATH!
My Barclays Bank *KILLS* ME by this and other related ways FOR YEARS! It FORCES me to live ABSOLUTELY WITHOUT MONEY, - AND THUS WITHOUT FOOD AND PERMANENT PLACE OF LIVING IN ANY COUNTRY OF THE WORLD!!! Despite existing Barclays' banking accounts with my savings that are sufficient for avoiding any similar critical LIFE THREATING situations!
I am not complaining! I am simply describing what I experience almost every day. Now I am trying to make IMPOSSIBLE MIRACLE and reverse the whole story. Because I have courage and strength to RESIST!!!
2. Never lie down at night under open air, no matter how tired you are. You can fall asleep, freeze, - and simply NEVER AWAKE!!!
I NEARLY DIED that way several times!!! Last of which was just several days ago. Fortunately, I appeared lucky enough to miraculously awake at the last minute...
3. Do some warming EXERCISES every 20 minutes (see my today's VIDEO):
THIS morning in Belgrade, Serbia.
About 5 a.m.
I did this video in the morning
as it's very dark for my phone to do that tonight.
But now you have the idea how
I am trying to survive during nights..
BUT ... YOU WILL BE ALIVE!!!
