Barclays' Fatal Info-WALL -2


1. Here is just one example of OFFICIAL CONFIRMING the fact of existence of that  info-WALL  by Barclays bank in 2016, under leadership of Jes Staley, as a fragment of PHOTOCOPY of official Barclays' letter, sent to Beloy's home address by registered UK mail:
 


It says:
Please be aware that we will not enter into further correspondence with you, or any of your representatives regarding this matter. All future communications that are received will be filed but will not be responded to.

Altogether, that is  TRIPLED Barclays' FRAUD :

#1. This UNPRECEDENTED statement is UNTHINKABLE for any bank that has a debt to its client!!!
Bank must fulfill its financial obligations to the client first. Then, and only then, it will have a right to stop communication.

#2. Barclays CEOs have broken their own WORD in that "All the future communication" was stopped to be filed a year ago without any notice , when Barclays' info-WALL simply started cutting ALL my incoming emails by its IT software.
I have HUNDREDS(!) messages from my server about automatic blocking my emails by related Barclays' staff WITHOUT READING!  

#3. Signature under that official Barclays' letter is fraudulently placed on the paper as artificial STAMP, not by a real (LIVE) person who wrote it! That is clearly visible at original letter, or simply after magnifying this copy. And that raises SERIOUS DOUBTS at least about quality of Barclays' services.
I specifically asked Barclays bank several times WHOSE EXACTLY SIGNATURE IT WAS? Please provide me with his/her name and  job position. And that was before starting their info-WALL. No response so far anyway!

A similar STAMP signature was used for signing my first and the only CHEQUE from the Barclays bank sent to me:

Anyway,
2.     On 13(!) October 2016, the Barclays Bank sent me its cheque towards any future Settlement, which was IMPOSSIBLE TO CASH!!! Banks in my home country stopped processing cheques several years before, and to cash it in Europe or anywhere in the world is IMPOSSIBLE without documents about local citizenship. In result, that cheque was NEVER cashed!!! 

 DEAD PEOPLE ISSUE DEAD CHEQUES?!!

The key point about that was Barclays bank was properly INFORMED about that impossibility, -  6 months before, and 6 months after the sending. The Barclays Bank simply kept SILENCE!


3.    On December 7, 2017, I wrote an official letter to the name of Jes Staley, Barclays CEO, about my story, with attaching all corresponding documents required for my identification, and officially sent it as an expensive registered mail to the main corporate headquater of the Barclays Bank PLC in London, UK,

  - TO WHICH BARCLAYS CEOs 
NEVER RESPONDED!!!

IS IF THEY WERE DEAD!
