1. One year ago, being at the territory of Switzerland, I officially applied for Swiss asylum due to mixture of political and financial reasons. The latter included my demand to key financial players of the world, - starting from the "system" Rothschild's Barclays bank with all its international branches, in particular, the ones in Zurich and Geneva, Switzerland, - to pay their Infinite(!) Debt to me they created, which ultimately became a political reason on its own as well.
I asked Swiss Government for protection of my LIFE due to almost permanent attempts of Barclays CEOs to KILL(!) ME INSTEAD OF PAYING THEIR DEBTS, but Swiss SEM rejected my asylum appeal.
Moreover, since the end of 2019, under silent approval of Swiss Presidents and its Government, Swiss SEM authorities intentionally put me in position in which it appeared impossile to have the property I already had. In particular, they have FATALLY worsened my crisis of payments for services of Ukrainian company Mini-Storage, where I had to store remains of my property since Barclays bank destroyed my permanent place of living (in which that property was originally located). The Swiss action included a fraudulent CANCELLATION of the international right for Free Crossborder Capital Flow (that the richest 1% community had declared a must for all countries), in result of which I was forced to look for illegal (shadow) methods of trasferring my money and ultimately lost it all (both location of that money and status of my property is unknown to me up to now). Then Swiss SEM simply deported me to Ukraine, HANDCUFFED(!), - despite I NEVER BROKE THE LAW IN MY LIFE!!! - back to the DEADLY DANGER I asked Switzerland to protect me from.
And that means
the crime of attempts of
KILLING ME
on behalf of Swiss Government
- and YOU personally -
slowly, with sadism,
The undeniable fact is:
One of the biggest international banks

The SADISM is in your allowing to keep attempts of my KILLING over time

1. Every bed has a hidden, yet extremely important function most people usually are not aware of until experiencing the situation like mines, - it keeps human body in a horizontal position for at least eight hours (out of every 24), - which is CRITICALLY IMPORTANT for preventing SWELLING OF THE FEET DUE TO UNNATURAL CIRCULATION OF BLOOD IN CONSTANT UPRIGHT POSITION of the body during a day, if any. I NEED TO SPEND ON MY FEET UP TO 24 HOURS PER DAY, WITHOUT SLEEPING AT THE NIGHT ON HORIZONTAL SURFACES, AND OFTEN MY FEET ARE TERRIBLY SWOLLEN - as in modern cities there is simply no place for homeless people to just to sit down, let alone lie down, and rest.
2. Nights are usually too COLD, but that's the only time available for washing my head with public water facilities designed for drinking only. Obviously, the washing is with COLD WATER ONLY! And WITHOUT ANY TOWEL, - my hair is DRYING IN THE WIND!!!
3. Nights in modern cities often ends with attempts of ROBBERY with corresponding FIGHTS with BURGLARS! With unpredictable for my LIFE result!

The Swiss Federal ministry SEM, on behalf of Swiss Government, has fatally compromised Swiss and international legislative system in my case to the degree of actual CANCELLING The World's Law in general!
As I Never Broke The Law in my Life, in 2019, shortly before my applying for Swiss Asylum, I read through related Swiss laws. The official information available online allowed me to make conclusion I have enough chances to be successfully qualified for that. However, what was my amazement to learn at the first interview with representatives of Swiss SEM that I don't. According to them, my chances were not just less than I expected. It appeared I don't have any chance at all!
How could that happen?
There is the Law. One for everyone! How its content possibly can be interpreted with diametrically opposite statements?
At the beginning I thought it might be that some distortion occured because of possible errors in my translation of Swiss laws to English. The SEM officially warns it does not work with laws translated to foreign languages. English in my case. But the same SEM strongly refused to provide me with assistance of any professional translator, officially advizing me to use a free Google service instead. So I did. What's the problem then? It quickly became clear that translation errors simply cannot distort content to the degree declared by SEM's interviewer. References for bad translation appeared no more than just greately exaggerated formal excuses for poor foreigners. The real truth appeared much more shocking:
1. Most Swiss laws I read contain a great degree of uncertainty and ambiguity, allowing the judge to interpret them how he or she wants to! The double meaning integrated into Swiss laws gives Federal Judges ABSOLUTE POWER to announce practically any decision they want. And that's exactly what happened in my case. My appeal for asylum was rejected according to the same laws on immigration I thought were saying in my favor.
It's not that those statements guaranteed me a 100% positive decision. Rather, probability of their positive decisions was significantly higher than for the negative ones. For the Swiss Federal judge, however, they worked differently.
Once again: How that could happen?
Obviously, that fraudulent opportunity was simply hard coded into Swiss laws!
2. Another "novelty" pattern of Swiss legislative system I learned from correspondence with Federal Judge and other SEM's staff. There were several optional clauses in some important for me article of the immigration law, and I referred one of them for supporting my statement.
However, it appeared that I had no right to do so for a very fuzzy reason. The Judge refused to accept my references because, as he explained, ... some options there had higher "weight" of importance than others!!! But which exactly? And to what extent? But the most important question was: "Why this difference was not reflected in the text of the law?!!" The answer of Judge sounded like this: "Because every lawyer is aware about it without additional saying". Great! But what about ordinary people? What about the law? If it's not in the law, it simply does not exist for the court, isn't it?
The answer was "It depends ...", which in reality meant a death sentence for all the Law in general.
I may say, this fact alone makes Swiss legislative system legally uncertain and ... totally invalid!!!
This is
End Of The Law!
Compare it with purely Barclays'
The End Of The Law of Switzerland will ineviably cause End Of Swiss Banks! Which in turn will cause End Of Swiss economy!!! Because the safety of Swiss laws is a main point of attractiveness for clients of Swiss banks.
Although Swiss media claims economy of the country does not depend on banking industry anymore, it's not the true. After Swiss Law and banking disappear, most foreign businesses will leave Switzerland!

It's too embarrassing at the day time:
neither public parks nor private cafees
designed for sleeping.
And too cold and dangerous at the night:

OR ROBBED!

The Swiss SEM is actually fully aware that since it fraudulently deported me from Switzerland one year ago, I have had:
1. No place of permanent living
In the rare cases when I was lucky to get some cash, I spent nights in the hostels. The rest of the time I had to spent with living on the street under open air, at any weather. During last several months I couldn't afford even the cheapest hostels! Meanwhile, last nights the temperature on the street was minus 9 degrees of Centigrade, - and that was REALLY DANGEROUS FOR LIFE OF ANYBODY WITHOUT PROPER WARM CLOTHES!

2. HUNGRY JOBLESS existence with no legitimate source of income
Most decent Ukrainian jobs are completely restricted* for people without permanent home address. Age restrictions (up to 35 https://bmoney2017.blogspot.com/2020/04/swiss-law-beyond-law.html) are also in place, despite being illegal under state laws.
Here are my wounded hands as of today:

3. No support from the state
During last 12 months, since my appearance in Ukraine, I could not obtain from Ukrainian authorities ANY help in any form! In particular, I was not provided with any state support, neither jobless nor homeless social dotation. Actually, I have NEVER in my 55+ LIFE obtained from my state any financial dotation for the reasons I described in details to the SEM early, in the end of 2019.

Job restrictions in my case forbid 99% of all available jobs.
That means chances are: practically NO JOB AT ALL, - ZERRO!!!
The biggest Ukrainian job niches for today (trade, loader, security) require
home address for finding employee in the cases of stealing.
Currently I am eligible only for CHEAP UNQUALIFIED jobs, typically HARD PHYSICAL LABOR during unbelievable 10-48 HOURS working shifts, usually without breaks, for about $1 per hour, if any, after which one needs several days to recover.
HOW THAT HAPPENED?
Situation was much better when I left Ukraine three years ago. There always was small, but sufficient choice for middle-level jobs. More unqualified jobs. By 2020 these sectors significantly shrinked. After CoronaVirus shutdown, the jobs disappeared completely - no new positions at all!
That means a need to search impossible jobs at impossible ZERO level!
Although there are thousands job ads every day, most of them are either bubbles, or legitimate deceptions. Almost third ADs are fraudulent attempts to rob job seekers, e.g., by charging a huge price for your phone call without warning you about that in advance.
Qualified jobs exist, but require several months of waiting, let alone over-complicated tricky interviews, etc. Then, if succeded, demand signing obligation (long term contract) for every day work no matter what.
The main problem for job ADs - salaries are lower then they advertize.
Actually, I have not seen any where advertizers kept their promises!
Another typical for current Ukraine problem -
DELAY FOR PAYMENT!!!
Delays for salary can be for SEVERAL MONTHS!!!
How to live through those months without food is considered my own "personal" problem. It see global financial crisis has started already: Ukrainian employers' excuse is existence of a huge wave of mutual delays and non-payments.
The simplest, - and ONLY! - choice for me iis to seek for:
URGENT JOB IN KIEV WITH PAYMENT EVERY DAY WITHOUT CONTRACT
That's obviously not the best jobs for any market in any sense!
But much bigger problem is that's less then 1% of all jobs available.
For my particular case that becomes ABSOLUTELY ZERO!
So, I fairly did everything possible! What else I can do?!!
And this is what I am charging Swiss/Barclays CEOs for:

This is a prizon, where my free willl is significantly restricted. In any shopping mall, - the only place where I can sit down for a while without riskto be frozen, - there are sequrity officers constantly watching every my move, - up to whether my eyes are closed or not. The full-fledged sleep for which securities were so worried about was out of the queston.
The only critical thing was my need to stay warm after the cold nights on the street.
I need to take a nap. At least.

And that boils down to the lack of freedom. Freedom to think freely, without worring stressfully about falling asleep whenever you want to.

And that means the DEATH too!
But I am just unabled to pay any debt

Do not expect from me applying to you through sending letters by post for my own expense, as I did for all my correspondence with Federal Court in Switzerland, - because it's simply IMPOSSIBLE for me to do without money. I got from Switzerland no financial help, - even the minimal $3.5 per day allowance that was available for all asylum seekers around me for granted. So, Swiss Government created for me ABSOLUTE ZERO GROUND!
For what?!! For preventing me to hire services of local translator, lawyer, or for preventing me from further exploring the SEM's fraudulent financial schemes?
Moreover, instead of helping me financially, your Federal Judge Cattaneo additionally created for me his own DEBT of $1,750 (just for doing his job with Federal salary), which Swiss authorities still expect to obtain from me somehow. So, blame yourselves!
The only thing I am able do because of you for FREE now is
DESTROYING YOUR FUTURE!
Beginning from the coming Christmas.
Should I start asking people to
DONATE YOU some money
for paying me your debts?!!
As
I see, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE in Swiss Government is going to accept
responsibility for my case! Everybody will point to each other,
trying to SHIFT his or her guilt to someone else. The problem is that
"someone else" simply does not exist according to the laws
you created for yourself,
and that is yet another proof for the End Of Swiss Law!
You might feel OK about it, but ... The debts you created for me exist. The danger for my life exists. It's a REALITY! But in your laws it is not! There is ABSOLUTELY no responsibility for all the above, as it does not exist! Why?!!
Technically, it's because of artificial narrowing the scope of your laws, with the main priority to limit your responsibility to a minimal "safe" level, which in many situations is clearly FRAUDULENT! See details in the Debt Shift Chapter of my article "Why Is Switzerland In Debt To Me".
What Switzerland did to be in debt to me?
The Barclays' CEOs might ask the same question. "We personally did nothing dangerous enough for the life of our client, right?" Not exactly.
Armed with Barclays' concept of SEPARATING key elements of the Long Chain of Reality (in TIME or SPACE) for avoiding any responsibility, their question should sound like "What we did NOT DO for stopping the killing we started?". And here we are approaching the main confusing point of your lawyers who assure you are not guilty. The truth is that sometimes Inaction Is Criminal Action. In this particualr case the crime is not to do something, but to NOT do something!
The shifting comes into play when corresponding party RESISTS paying other people's debts. Then the debt becomes shifted to those who don't care! And this secret concept contradicts to what we are taught by our conventional wisdom, as that action requires ... inaction!
There is no need to do something to start killing me by hunger. After you already triggered it, programmed, your main "job" was to DO NOTHING!
In my case, however, my desperate resistance during the whole year has REVERSED this phenomenon as well:
Debt has come a long way of many shifts, up to the top 1% financial elite behind it, and now in a circle returns to the same point from which it left,- to YOU! And here everything changes to the opposite!
It appeared that Swiss government programmed my case for actual KILLING Swiss banking industry! And that changes everything!
The Swiss bankers and top financial elite, whose interests you are attacking, will have two choices:
- To pay the debt you shifted to them INSTEAD of you, or
- To shift the problem back to you with demanding full payment, "with interests" that in the case of Infinite Debt may become Everything You Earned For Your Life!
Now I can do nothing. But you just must do something for implementing any decent SETTLEMENT for my case to have the Future for yourself, your family, children, and the country!
The only thing I don't know is
what to EAT today!
And where to SLEEP
to remain alive next morning.
But this is not my fault!
This is a part of
YOUR DEBT!

2. I need MY WARM DRESS and basic utilities for living
currently locked at the "SunPark" Mini-Storage company, with no acces allowed before paying 600 US$ overdued fees - required immediately!
(Total debt for the storage is $2,700. I have paid it, but for money "loaned" to me by my friend, which I must return ASAP).
3. I need to buy a HOME or apartment,
instead of privately owned 4-rooms apartment destroyed by Barclays bank in 2017. I live at the streets now! And this is not LIFE!
