The proposed definition of Financial Genocide:

"The Financial Genocide is the action, or intentional (fraudulent) non-action when it's possible to stop or prevent consequences of, decreasing amount of money in possession of a certain person or group of people to ZERO, or critical levels approaching to ZERO, which causes, or attempts to cause the death of those people due to resulting absence of their life supporting opportunities, or RELATED PROBLEMS that otherwise would not exist."

 Current stage of Capitalism is a nothing more than just a system of hidden redeployment of world's resources. The aim of introducing international convention(s) with corresponding legislative acts against Financial Genocide consists in a proper optimizing that redeployment for preventing death of people at critically low financial levels through limiting the highest financial levels. These efforts will solve at least two global problems of our society: decrease income inequality, and protect lives of the poorest part of population.

Conceptually, the essence of my proposal is to introduce a legitimate solution for situations at the critical ends of the range of using existing laws, where the latters evidently do not work effectively. In particular, for the desperate situations of people's attempts of surviving WITHOUT MONEY in the MONEY-ORIENTED world.  

It worth to mention that I am proposing this project being under huge pressure and constant stress of my personal case of Financial Genocide started by the biggest British banks and continued by Swiss authorities.

As of today, my proposal to the funded by UN Swiss SEM of October 21 to STOP THE THREATS TO MY LIFE is evidently denied! They also refused to provide me with any medical treatment for the problem I obtained during the above-mentioned Financial Genocide.

Nevertheless, I continue fighting for the future of millions people and overall banking industry, and insist this is a really URGENT problem the world can face with in the NEAREST FUTURE ue to CANCELLING THE WORLD'S BANKING DEBT BY THE Barclays bank in my case.
