Re. End Of Swiss Law
I cannot speak with Sun-Park. What can I say to them anyway? That Barclays Bank under silent approval of Swiss bankers simply does not pay its debts?
I am CHARGING Swiss Government in being a part of
my ROBBERY AND KILLING already resulted in my
appealing to the United Nations with introducing
concept of Financial Genocide!
This time reasons for the killing become political!
Top Swiss authorities may be called as at least accomplices
for the STEALING my money by the Barclays bank that is
officially licensed in Zurich and Geneva in full accordance
with Swiss legislation, as well as for Barclays' attempts of
KILLING ME FOR MY REFUSAL TO BREAK THE LAW
THAT ARE CONTINUING UP TO THIS MOMENT!
According to Swiss immigration law I had quite significant chances for obtaining an asylum status. According to the SEM and Federal Court I had no chances at all! How that could happen?!!

Swiss authorities made it IMPOSSIBLE for me even to try reverse their hardly lawful decisions (fundamental right of legitimate justice), including intentional eliminating critically important in my case legal and translation support, up to absence a quiet space, physically, required for focusing on any writing (see also my Hard Way To Justice). Formally, they might acted in full accordance with the law. However, this raises questions to the Law. And legitimacy of the derivative system based on such laws.

In its last letter the SEM (on behalf of Swiss Government) "kindly" advised me to apply for asylum anew. After deporting me VIOLENTLY HANDCUFFED with intentional breaking its own law, preventing such applications from my native country, presumably "safe enough" (another SEM's lie) for resolving any problems by local authorities (see more at Mini-Research On UA protection) .
During last THREE YEARS
- out of TWENTY for Barclays' non-payment -
I LIVE WITHOUT MEDICAL
OR ANY OTHER INSURANCE, - in my 55+,
with eye, tooth, and severe stomach problems
caused by practically constant malnutrition,

In 2019 I have submitted all required information and documents to the SEM already, and see no reason why I should do it again. the Swiss authorities, starting from Mario Gattiker, Staatssekretariat für Migration (SEM),
rejected my appeals for providing me
with any qualified lawyer's and translator's support for
presenting and defending the truth behind my unprecedented case in
the court, its anonymous federal employees in the SEM twisted
and reversed at the very beginning because of existence of their own
interests fraudulent in nature. The Swiss Federal Judge Danielle
Cattaneo chose not to take the latter into consideration, let
alone starting corresponding investigation on the matter, referring
the law (tricking
enough by itself for supporting any Judge's decision) in the part
of the formal excuse for stopping any legal procedure for purely
financial reasons he knew was ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE for me to
satisfy. Thus, despite extraordinary importance of resolving my case,
which may have global consequences for the whole world, including
Switzerland, the Swiss Supreme Court's justice presumably designed
for seeking the truth, had boiled down to the banal transaction of
selling the truth! Anyway, that formal indulgence for top Swiss
managers issued by its Federal Court for escaping the job they were
hired for was unlawful both directly (Swiss law demands setting the
value of the courts' bills according to real financial ability of
related participant, which in my case may not be exceed the ABSOLUTE
ZERO level that is the key element of my life story during last
years), and indirectly (the Judge refused even to consider any
possibility of applying similar charges to my "competitor"
SEM, which are reserved by the Swiss law, before starting an official
proceeding my case in essence).
