Re.  Global Anti-Theft

PRESS RELEASE

Sergiy Beloy, Creator of the Global Anti-Theft (GAT) announces start of creation of the "Council Of GAT". The aim of the GAT Regulator is prevention of death of millions/billions people due to consequences of the next financial crisis. Symbolically started at the day of 80th anniversary of starting the war against his country in 1941, Sergiy Beloy hopes to prevent triggering wars of the Future.

This is how people learned about beginning of the war".

The basic assumption is that top financial elites are among the main beneficiries of any war. "All wars are fought for money", in words of Socrates. The idea of the GAT is to discourage top elites from waging wars through eliminating their possible profit from it (moreover, with adding extra fine to them in a big proportion). 

All interested parties are invited to join the "GAT Coalition" initiave, the most urgent tasks of which currently is sharing awareness for the Global Anti-Theft project, and returning at least the first Barclays' debt to its founder Sergiy Beloy required for his physical survival. 

The fact is Sergiy wrote this Press release being HUNGRY, ABSOLUTELY WITHOUT MONEY, including minimal fee for a hostel, - moreover, with debts required to pay to Swiss authorities for related applying to their Supreme Court, and to the local Mini-Storage company, where remains of his property (including photo of his grandfather killed during WWII) are closed for his access since last year, if exist at all.

On June 22, there was an option for Sergiy to earn some food by doing the temporal job of laying flowers at the memorial to the victims of the WWII:

The idea of earning ten bucks for the paying tribute 

to the 20 MILLION people of his country

KILLED during The World War II 

looked weird for Sergiy Beloy.

So, instead he decided to mark the event 

by starting the process of creating the 

GAT Coalition, - for FREE!

The GAT concept is extention of the BMoney, - INFINITE(!) Debt of Barclays bank to Sergiy Beloy, which Barclays CEOs shifted to top elites, who in turn currently attempt to shift it to the rest of the world. Beloy's GAT Regulator reverses the process by closing that chain of debts to itself, not allowing shifting elite's debts to someone else (as it always is the case for global financial crises).

This is not about announcing the war against the poverty. While classical charity helps people in financial trouble, the GAT Regulator is designed to eliminate these troubles before they start!
