So, Swiss authorities intentionally (FRAUDULENTLY) WORSENED MY LIFE situation to the critical level that may be qualified as attempt of KILLING ME TOO!!!

Swiss SEM proposed to me to appeal to itself with a completely new application. Not so fast! You haven't completed the previous one! Your Federal employees created for me a situation, in which it's simply NOT POSSIBLE to avoid breaking the law. That is, it's
IMPOSSIBLE NOT TO BREAK THE LAW!
ONE OR ANOTHER WAY!
JUST TO BE ALIVE!
And the abovementioned fact is actually the
END OF LEGAL SYSTEM!
And it's already done!
The
building behind me is the main office of the Mini-Storage company, in
which I left remains of my property 3 years ago. That was stuff
from my apartment the Barclays bank actually destroyed in 2017. I had
to sell that 4-rooms apartment for a low price, as I had no time for
searching better propositions or cosmetic renovation of any kind that
would increase the price, - the Barclays CEOs created for me a real
"state of emergency" in which my place of living would
simply be confiscated! Formally
for my debts, but in fact, - for
Barclays' debts!
If it allowed me access to my own money as I requested, that debt
would simply never
be
created!
My
stuff behind this wall on the picture includes my personal belongings
(books, dressing, shoes, kitchen utilities, even some furniture), as
well as important family "relics" that have a special value
for me only (e.g., really invaluable family photos, etc).
Today
all the above is
closed to me:
I may not access my stuff during many months, as the company has not
obtained a fee for its services. My question to Swiss and Barclays
CEOs is "WHY"? Why DO YOU NOT PAY THE DEBTS YOU CREATED FOR ME?!!
Moreover,
I simply don't know whether my stuff still EXISTS!!! And that is a
HUGE PROBLEM FOR ME that TAKES A LOT OF MY NERVES AND ENERGY! Three months ago the company officially broke its contract with me:
Do you realize what that means?
That meant the company may simply
THROW MY STUFF AWAY
AT ANY MOMENT!
And I live under constant pressure
of waiting for that
every moment
during last three months!
Both Swiss
and Barclays CEOs were informed about that tragedy properly, but
preferred to keep silence on the matter. I use the word "tragedy"
here because I currently have ABSOLUTELY NO PLACE WHERE TO KEEP MY
STUFF, EXCEPTING PUTTING ALL THE BOXES RIGHT ON THE STREET!
Corresponding CEOs feel quite comfortable about that. Can you imagine
*YOUR* MOST VALUABLE PROPERTY IS SIMPLY THROWN AWAY TO A CROWDED STREET? Obviously, with no protection of any kind! To watch how it's
destroyed right on your eyes!
And
WITHOUT ANY MONEY I cannot deposit it to another place!

In
fact, I don't need that Mini-Storage service. All I need is any
permanent place of living, where that stuff is placed. That is what
it's designed for, - to be a part of human space for living, not a
thing in a closed storehouse. So, I have not sold any piece of it, as
expected (and still expect up to now) that some day the Justice will
be restored, and I obtain a permanent place of living the Barclays
bank (and later Swiss authorities) destroyed for me.

and that is their
SMALLEST
DEBT!
That
is, they refuse to pay even their smallest debts , - and that
is typical behaviour
of those who create financial crises. So, the feature #1 of real
creators of crises is DO NOT RETURN THEIR DEBTS, - NONE OF THEM!, -
no matter how big or small it is. JUST DO NOT PAY!!! As if their debt
simply DO NOT EXIST!
By
insisting on legitimacy of that action, Swiss authorities undermine
world's financial schemes for extreme enriching they themselves are a
big part of which. And that will have more serious consequences than banal avoiding to pay me several hundred dollars as frugality Swiss/Barclays CEOs are very proud for. In result,
I
left my native country for a unique mixture of political and
financial reasons, having sufficient amount of money for
self-supporting. However, 3 years later Swiss government returned me
by force, - HANDCUFFED!, - to the country, in which because of that I
was first in my life called a HOMELESS person! I simly see no reasons
why I should. Because Swiss/Barclays CEOs doomed me for that?
The world is de-facto in the crisis already,
since Barclays CEOs decided to CANCEL
FUNDAMENTAL BANKING RULE,
- obligation to PAY DEBTS!
The Barclays CEOs created a FATAL PRECEDENT, - they refused to pay me their debts. Since then, EVERYBODY MAY REFUSE TO PAY HIS OR HER DEBTS TO BANKS AND ANY RELATED FINANCIAL ORGANIZATIONS!
Simultaneusly,
Swiss SEM forbade me even to apply for any job in EU, which would
improve my financial status that is currently UNDER THE DEADLY $ZERO
level, which means DEATH!!!
But
I NEVER ASKED FOR A MERCY ON THE STREETS, - I AM NOT A BEGGAR! AND I
WILL NOT BE HOMELESS! NO MATTER HOW DISTRUCTIVELY
EXPENSIVE IT MAY APPEAR FOR ALL RELATED CEOs.
If
you still didn't get it,
- I
WILL
During
last 20 YEARS(!) Barclays CEOs and lawyers abuse their legal
regulations, including FORCING ME TO BREAK THE LAW! Swiss authorities
went even further, - they are DISMOUNTING the whole Legislative
System of the World!
That
move is suicidal in its essense! How they expect to collect their
debts then? With the law? But by that time the LAW WILL SIMPLY NOT
EXIST ANYMORE!
Now
they both force me to break the law through applying to a shadow job,
- or even a criminal one, - just NOT TO DIE OF HUNGER Swiss/Barclays
CEOs arranged for me.
And
in this situation Swiss SEM "advises" me to start appealing
to them anew? Why? They have not completed a previous case they
started 9 months ago!
I've
already done all requested formalities. For almost two months Swiss
SEM could ask me any questions it wanted to (and it did that during
their official interviews they recorded very carefully). And I
have no intention to go through that procedure again! Why
should I? To make the life of people who are actually KILLING
ME last eight months more comfortable? Or because that is in
their law? I caught the SEM on manipulating and abusing
the law: I have all reasons to
believe the whole story of its rejections for my asylum started from
irritation of its Federal employees about my public requests on facts
of their FRAUDULENT optimizing international resources for asylum
processes exclusively in their own private financial interests!!!

2019). And guess what? Swiss Federal Judge simply refused to discuss
that topic, despite it alone was capable to reverse all his previous
rejections!
Moreover,
Swiss Federal Court additionally made a final decision about my
asylum dependent on amount of my money it knew for sure I didn't have
at that moment at all (that was a key feature of my case), although
the law explicitely reserve opportunities for exceptions in such
situations.
Expect
no other details from me about this case, even if your procedure of
such dealing with you is free (obviously, it's not). All evidence is
provided to Swiss SEM alredy! If required, request from Swiss SEM
required meterials on my case. And I hope Swiss authorities
will reconsider my case BEFORE
I DIE OF HUNGER AND POVERTY I AM DYING FROM RIGHT NOW!
If,
however, Swiss Federal employees are
unabled to fulfill their job obligations expected at their level,
with quality corresponding to the high standards of the salaries they
obtain (in amounts impossible in my country), my suggestion to them
is:

SHOULD
I USE EXACT NAMES
FOR
DEMANDING RELATED
RESIGNATIONS?
Among other things, Swiss governmental SEM
has compromised the Future for its own sponsors. I mean its
precedent of CANCELLING FREE FLOW OF MONEY that has became a part of
my story, ultimately resulted in serious problems with my stuff at
Mini-Storage (see me emails to SEM for details).
The problem is, a lot
of serious speculators, who ultimately deposit their super profit
into Swiss banks, will be badly affected:
The
"classical" way of earning money during crisis is through
purchasing main country's property and values at the lowest bottom
price, which will be very hard to implement with restrictions for
cross-bordering transferring of money, Swiss authorities boldly
practiced in my case. Thus, Switzerland created a PRECEDENT for open
forbidding that universal freedom of money flow, required for
enriching elite of financial elite, most of whom are also clients of
Swiss banks so important for Swiss economy. And that means profit of
Swiss economy will be harply decreased as well.
Some
SEM's lawyers, who are directly(!) involved in the "progress"
of my case recently blacklisted my emails on the matter as SPAM.
As simply as that!
Let
me hint you politely: Everything that can prevent a thief from
reimbursing of his stealing may also be considered a SPAM! "STEAL
- FORGET about the stealing!" That's a main motto behind any
financial crisis! That way all chain of innocent victims, to
whom the robber shifts responsibilty for idemnification of his
stealing, becomes completely "invisible" for him.
Are Swiss Federal Employees practicing
fraudulent tricks of crisis creators?
During
several months I stayed in asylum camp Switzerland did not pay me
even the minimal sum of several dollars per day citizen of other
countries around me were obtaining for granted, saying it's in full
accordance with Swiss law. So, I got NOTHING from Switzerland,
excepting basic food and shelter (I had previous fifty years of my
life without any external help anyway, - until British bank with
presense in Switzerland and USA DESTROYED EVERYTHING I had).
The
only "help" of Swiss authorities appeared CANCELLING MY
RIGHT FOR ENTERING EU for at least 3 years? For what? For applying
for Swiss asylum?
If
you believe you are not a right person for the replying, tell me who
is. (Main conclusion of my mini-research for crisis is there
is simply NO ONE IN THE WHOLE WORLD :-) Anyway, FORWARD THIS MESSAGE
to those who is (and please inform me expolicitely about that
action). Otherwise, alas, YOU ARE IN THE GAME! That is, YOU WILL BE
AN ACCOMPLICE OF MY KILLING THEN!

SADISTIC

In
addition, any your childish tricks for avoiding responsibility will
mean SHIFTING it to someone else (see Main Principles of Crisis
Creators mentioned early). In result, the whole Swiss/world's
Legislative syste will be fatally compromised, - in fact, already
is!, - to degree of CANCELLING
THE LAW per
se. Who would abide the law, including paying any debts to banks,
when leading financial institutions of the world do not?!!
Swiss
SEM had also jeoperdized my life by entrusting my case to our
national authorities I was trying to escape dealing with (why should
I? I Never Broke The Law)! In other words, the SEM's staff did just
the opposite to what I was asked them for. And obviously, it did it
INTENTIONALLY! Especially in the light of my public complaints to
Swiss Presidents I published in my blog "Financial
Genocide"
created in Switzerland.
Here
is yet another evidence for "less
than perfect"
efficiency of our national police, to put it mildly, Swiss
authorities suggested to apply to for help in my case (and as I
understand, that "valuable" advice became the main formal
reason for their rejection of my asylum application):

In 2020 Ukrainian police had difficulties in presenting me any formal reason for my detention, - because I simply had NONE! I was speaking with police officers several times since my arrival to Ukraine. And ultimately they had to let me free and go.
Ukrainian police had difficulties with charging me with any serious crime. Just because I NEVER commited the one! But in my country that does not necessaraly guarantee avoiding some artificial types of charges. I do not want to wait till they finally find the one. Is it understandable? This is my LIFE! And I want to leave it through without SHOCKING STRESSES I am currently exposed to every moment, and without fear for my future!
Currently I am POOR, HOMELESS & JOBLESS.
However, Swiss/Barclays make me even POORER!

My
demand for Swiss Government has not changed:
1.
Reconsider my asylum application, with cancelling all the fines (absolutely illegal for my case), together with any restriction for
entering EU, including Switzerland and Liechtenstein. After all, my purpose was to stop permanent attempts of my KILLING, Swiss
authorities ultimately joined instead.
2.
Provide me a decent place of living in the country of my choice,
preferably in Switzerland.
3.
Indemnify all my financial damages since September 2019, starting from
IMMEDIATE paying double fee for services of the Mini-Storage company where my
property is saved. I will also need a decent source of legitimate
income, both Barclays bank and Swiss authorities totally destroyed
for me.
I
am not a convicted criminal! All my life I sincerely tried NOT TO
BREAK THE LAW! Nevertheless, your SEM and Federal Court officially
called me a liar
by
their negative decision on my case. Despite my only "crime"
was in demanding paying Debts to me in time and in full, - just to
remain ALIVE! And to SAVE THE WORLD FROM THE NEXT (LAST) GLOBAL
CRISIS!
