It's
time to introduce the first extention to the famous Law
Of Barclays,
which is going to play an important role during the next Global
Financial Crisis. The extension may be called The
Swiss/Barclays'
"Law Of Lawyers"
due
to the fact of extensive using it by Barclays and Swiss lawyers in my
case. It consists of FORCING
PEOPLE TO BREAK THE LAW! Then
the highly educated in jurisprudence and morality professional
lawyers simply step aside, pretending
they have nothing to do with that, and coldly watch from the distance
the
consequences of the resulting problems they caused for those people
in (forgetting that under current circumstamnces "Inaction Is CRIMINAL action"), usually with further
enforcing
the law
for
a corresponding type of the resulting crime, despite the lawyers
simply made it IMPOSSIBLE for those people to avoid being involved
into!
And that's exactly how my BMoney life case was started (for obtaining my money, since 2000 the Barclays staff requests from me the type of documents that are impossible to obtain in my native country without breaking the law, - WHICH I HAVEN'T BROKEN UP TO NOW YET, despite that means for me a constant danger of DYING OF HUNGER), - the main point of the whole story, without which it simply would not exist.
And that's exactly how my BMoney life case was started (for obtaining my money, since 2000 the Barclays staff requests from me the type of documents that are impossible to obtain in my native country without breaking the law, - WHICH I HAVEN'T BROKEN UP TO NOW YET, despite that means for me a constant danger of DYING OF HUNGER), - the main point of the whole story, without which it simply would not exist.
Then
Barclays' CEOs provoked my existence in the middle of European Union
WITHOUT ANY MONEY at all. My passport did not allow me to apply for
any type of official job there, and there was ABSOLUTELY NO
LEGITIMATE TYPE OF INCOME designated for me to stay or leave the EU.
Issues
with visa were
a separate story. To be billed
separately!
And
both Barclays CEOs and Swiss authorities did not care how I am
capable to survive under those IMPOSSIBLE FOR LIFE circumstances
WITHOUT BREAKING THE LAW! And despite I MANAGED NOT TO BREAK IT,
Swiss SEM assumed I did, and ... sent me for that "crime"(?)
HANDCUFFED to my native country, in which the Barclays' bank
previously destroyed my place of living. In result, that action has
located me in the environment in which that absence of permenent
place of living
FORBIDS
ME FROM
GETTING
ANY OFFICIAL JOB,
AS
WELL AS STAYING IN
ANY
HOTEL OR HOSTEL
FOR
MY OWN MONEY, IF ANY,
WITHOUT
BREAKING THE LOCAL LAW!
In
addition, there is unofficial avoidence of businesses to have related
problems, no matter whether it's allowed by the law or not. It's very
similar to the widespread unofficial refusal of employess to hire any
employee older than 30 years (I am 55, by the way). So, you have idea
of the problems I have now.
Thus,
my further attempts for 100% complying with the law
are
going to
KILL
ME
BY
THE LAW
for
which both Barclays and Swiss authorities
FORMALLY(!)
have no relation to.
And
that is Swiss/Barclays Law Of Lawyers
in
action!

most recent example that happened to me just THREE DAYS AGO:

I
WAS REFUSED TO LIVE IN THE HOSTEL
AS
MY PASSPORT DOES NOT HAVE
OFFICIAL
STAMP FOR MY PERMANENT
PLACE
OF LIVING!
(because
of Barclays bank)
And where I supposed to stay then?
JUST
TO BE ALIVE!!!

alone having opportunity

PREVENTED
ME
TO
DO THAT!!!
Breaking
the universal UN right

FREEDOM OF SPEECH.

Swiss/Barclays'
Law
Of Lawyers".

efforts I must apply just
for being ALIVE exist only in the SHADOW ECONOMY, SEMI-LEGAL AT THE

While
certain people who actually created for me that need for such
breaking the law are formally not guilty. DO YOU WANT ME TO START

As
you see, this is a highly deceptive and disgraceful type of fraud,
taking into account the diametrically opposite purpose of their
profession they officially swore to be devoted to. Their aim should
be protecting both the letter and spirit of the law, rather than
fraudulent manipulating a balance of corresponding parts of that
equation in favor of those who pays them more money.
As
professionals, they are fully aware their actions in those directions
are difficult to prove without deep knowledge of all legislative
complexities most people don't have, and use that to complicate
things even more for making chances for their personal responsibility
smaller than they really are, thus obviously ABUSING
THE LAW!

Barclays' lawyers,
I
am going to demand
FROM YOU(!) PAYING ALL DERIVATIVE DEBTS (AT LEAST TILL ALL YOUR
AVAILABLE PROPERTY LASTS) YOUR
CEOs ARE OBLIGED TO PAY ME IN FULL, with corresponding FIRING
CAMPAIGN AMONG TOP Barclays CEOs, Jes Staley appeared very talented
with, and/or CANCELLING
YOUR LICENSES.
Swiss
lawyers joined the criminal efforts of Barclays' ones by canceling
the freedom of free flow of money, then killing me physically due to
absence of home, food, and any kind of income!
While a main reason for rejecting Swiss asylum to me was just an
evident avoidance to deal with the fraud
of
unbalanced distribution of financial resources among SEM's Federal
employees.
Did
I break any visa regulation? NO! I entered Switzerland with money.
Ultimately, Barclays and Swiss CEOs MADE me criminal! In particular,
Swiss Federal Court actually called me a liar. And left me
financially liable for the debts I never did (in particular, the fees
to the Federal Court that were fined to me against Swiss law, and are
IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO PAY UP TO NOW).
In
result, in my country, today I may not apply for most decent jobs,
hotels, and even hostels!!! How I am supposed to live then? Without
money, food, and shelter?
And
they both have failed to inform corresponding CEOs about this case
properly about consequences for them of continuing this BGate
war!
Today
I am NOWHERE!
Formally,
I DO NOT EXIST!!!
Both
Swiss and Barclays CEOs
seems
are fully satisfied by that!
